To add an SLA item to a report, follow the procedure described under View SLA Item Results in the previous and then expand the Advanced item that's located below the Update button. | When you add an SLA item to a report, make sure to select a relative interval (such as this week or 0-4 hours). Don't select an absolute interval (such as 22.02.2015 16:00:00 - 23:02:2015 16:00:00) because that would make the report contain the same values from the same point in time each time the report is generated.
