Its possible to enable guest access to any editable dashboard, i.e. not built-in dashboards. The guest user is only allowed to view the dashboard in the link given to them, and can therefore not access any other pages on the application.

Note that guest users are not allowed to use the related dashboards feature. |
Getting started
To enable guest access you must navigate to the relevant dashboard and click the actions icon.
In the next dialog, you can enable and disable guest access via the checkbox, you can also copy the given guest link.

Note that each time you change the checkbox, a new unique URL is generated. This means that guest access via the previous URL is rejected.
If you try to access a guest dashboard through an expired or disabled link, you receive the following message.

Configure
From the PerformanceGuard Administration > Dashboards > Guest access page, you can
- DisableDelete
- generate Generate a new URL and
- copy Copy URLs for all guest dashboards.
