Miscellaneous improvements

• In the dashboard controller for 'Computer', we have added a color indicator showing whether a computer is online and reporting to PerformanceGuard or not.
• In the administration section we have added the option to disable the automatic rebuilding of indexes.
• The multicast section have been improved with better search functionality and sorting options
