On Samsung devices if you use a screen lock code, in some cases you cannot restart or power off the device using the power button. As a workaround, you can remove the screen lock code and the power button will work. |
The CapaInstaller Android agent version must be at least 1.0.237. Secondly, on some devices it will be wise to set the default "Launcher" button to the CapaInstaller Android agent.
