You can view details about an individual triggered alert:

  1. Open the Alert List by selecting REPORTING > Alerts, and then selecting the Alert List tab.
  2. In the alert list's Alert Id column, click the number of the alert that you want to know more about.
  3. You can now view details about the alert in question, including affected locations/networks, affected computers as well as event rules that relate to the alert.

    If you then click the Related Events tab, you can view a list of events that have contributed to the triggering of the alert.
