This version of the feature supports two types of events:

  • Application : Events events are related to Windows system components - such as drivers, built-in interface elements, etc.

  • System : Events events are related to programs installed on the system.

In addition, each event is categorized by severity as Critical, Error, Warning, or Informational, which makes it easy to distinguish between good and problematic events.

Not only does Reliability reliability allow you to monitor the general reliability of all computers in your organization, but it also allows you to drill down and analyze the reliability of a specific computer. With this feature, you can easily quickly identify the problems your computer(s) have encountered and get your system back to optimal reliability.

The Reliability Score is a number value that indicates the stability of your computer. A computer’s stability has a direct impact on computer's stability directly impacts the user's productivity; thus, thus it is important essential to know the reliability of computers across your organization. The reliability score is indexed from 1 to 10. As the number and severity of errors increase, the reliability score decreases. Your goal is to keep the reliability score as high as possible.

The Reliability Score Chart gives a historic historical view of the reliability score. The blue line displays the average reliability score, and the four colors indicates the stability of indicate your computer('s )stability. When you are viewing view the reliability for all computers, the displayed reliability score is the average reliability score of all your computercomputers.

Hovering over any time on the chart will display:

  • Time period: The time period for the reliability score you are hoving over.

  • Average Reliability Score: The average reliability score for all computers.

  • Reliability Score Range: The lowest and the highest reliability score among the computers.

  • Device Count: The number of computers included in the calculations in that given period.

The Reliability Pie Chart gives a quick overview of the distribution of the stability of your computers. By clicking on any color on the pie chart, you will get a list of all the computers that fall under the given stability level of stability.

Events

Reliability is based on records of your system and application event logs. The event logs is are recorded in order to help you troubleshoot issues. The In addition, the severity categorization of the events helps quickly reveal the cause of reduction in the computer's level of stability.

The Event Bar Chart is a chart that gives an overview of the distribution of events over a period of time. Each bar shows the number of events for each of the 4 four event severity; Critical, Error, Warning, and Informational.

The pie chart has to do with the source of the events. It shows how big significant a portion of the events each source constitutes.

There are numerous options when it comes to for filters, and the way to access them is by clicking the filter icon in the upper right corner. This For example, clicking opens a filter section with 4 four filter options:

  • Search: The search bar is a full-text search that filters the events, and it is solely based on the description of the event log.

  • Log Type: The Log Type filter is a drop-down that allows you to filter the events by application and system events.

  • Source: The Source filter is a drop-down that allows you to filter the events by any of the sources that are present in the events at hand.

  • ID: The ID filter is a drop-down that allows you to filter the events by any of the IDs that are present in the events at hand.
