Open Configuration Management / Views, right-click on Startup/location and click add.

Select a threshold specifying what average startup or logon time computers must have in order to be shown in the view. This is specified in seconds.

Select the type which can be either a startup or logon view.

The number of working days specifies how many days of data this view should use as the foundation of the average startup or logon calculation.
'Unlimited' will cause the calculation to be based on all startup/logon data available on the computers.

Type a change description and click OK
