Delete a group

Introduction

The following is a description of how to delete a group in Configuration Management.

Step	Action
1	Right-click on a group and click the delete group.
2	This form will open:
3	Type a change description and click OK to delete the group.

Note!
When you delete a group, all units that have been linked to it will automatically be unlinked right away. The group will not be removed from the database immediately though. That is the job of the replicator, which will clean up all links to the group, including packages.
