The way to get started with PerformanceGuard depends on your role. 

If you want to view PerformanceGuard information, go ahead and Get Started with the PerformanceGuard Web Interface.

If you're an administrator, you also need to think about agents, and the web interface has more options that let you manage what kinds of performance information that PerformanceGuard should collect. In that case, read Get Started as a PerformanceGuard Administrator.
