Severity Levels

Events and alerts all have a severity level set by the PerformanceGuard administrator.
The severity levels in PerformanceGuard are predefined as follows:

Severity

Description

Default severity level if no events have occurred.

A situation that has informational value only.

Some value or situation is out of the ordinary and should be looked at.

Something is wrong and needs to be fixed.

A critical error with a huge impact that requires immediate attention.
