Can not Install AutoSteps

Symptom: AutoSteps can not be installed.

Possible Causes and Solutions:

AutoSteps is showing error messages when trying to install. Here are some of the reasons why:

• PerformanceGuard Agent must be installed 

Please ensure that you have PerformanceGuard Agent 7.3 installed on your computer. If you don't have it already installed it on your computer then see Install an Agent.

• PerformanceGuard Agent isn't compatible

You can not install AutoSteps if you are running older version of PerformanceGuard Agent. AutoSteps will only be installed with PerformanceGuard Agent 7.3 or higher.
