New Widgets
Application Activity
A widget used to show how many individual computers that have accessed an application within a configured time period. The widget can be configured to signal if more than a specific number of computers have accessed the application.
Using this widget it is possible to monitor the usage of Shadow IT services e.g. if your company has a policy that only 'OneDrive' can be used for online storage - there should be no computers accessing DropBox or Google Drive.
Miscellaneous improvements
- Dashboard auto update mechanism
- Dashboard can now be auto updated with different refresh intervals
- New event type - Application Online
- Used to track computers with activity on defined applications
- Will be used in future widgets to calculate the performance impact ratio for each application
- PG operators with 'Detail' rights can now manage dashboards
- The Computer Info widgets now presents all the basic data stored for the computer
Bugs Fixed
PG-15119 Application Report returns empty data
PG-15403 Negative sent packets and retransmissions
PG-15412 Event Hotspot widget doesn't return any data for All Computers and subnets without a location hierarchy
PG-15437 Server memory reported -1TB
Browser Support
This version is supported in both Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 as well as Google Chrome.
We recommend using Google Chrome when accessing PerformanceGuard, as this browser is much faster than Internet Explorer 11.
Microsoft Edge can be used but is not officially supported and thus no bugs related to this browser alone will be fixed.
