You can view details about an individual triggered alert:
- Open the Alert List by selecting REPORTING > Alerts, and then selecting the Alert List tab.
- In the alert list's Alert Id column, click the number of the alert that you want to know more about.
- You can now view details about the alert in question, including affected locations/networks, affected computers as well as event rules that relate to the alert.
If you then click the Related Events tab, you can view a list of events that have contributed to the triggering of the alert.
