With PerformanceGuard, users with sufficient user rights can set up custom reports that match the needs of your organization. There is no limit on the number of reports you can have on your PerformanceGuard solution. A report can be generated on the fly when viewed online, or it can be generated automatically every day, week or month, and archived for later viewing. It's also possible to automatically generate and send reports to selected recipients via e-mail.

To view information about the custom reports that have been set up in your organization, select REPORTING > Reports. You can view:

  • Date, time and status of the latest report activity.
  • Names of the reports.

If you use an iPad, you'll need a PDF-capable reader like Apple iBooks or Adobe Reader to view PDF reports.
  • The name of the reports subfolder in which the latest automatically generated version of each report is stored.

Reports are typically stored in subfolders named after the time that they were generated. For example a daily report generated on 1st December 2014 would typically be stored in a .../[ReportName]Daily/2014/12/01 subfolder, a weekly report generated in week 49 of 2014 would typically be stored in a .../[ReportName]Weekly/2014/49 subfolder, and a monthly report generated in December 2014 would typically be stored in a .../[ReportName]Monthly/2014/12 subfolder.

Note

You can only access the list of reports if your PerformanceGuard administrator has enabled the setting *Report Root Access* in the PerformanceGuard parameters (ADMINISTRATION > Setup > Parameters > Setup tab).
Tip

If you have generated an HTML report, and you want to link to a specific page in the report, add _#page_x_ to the report link. Example: _http://server.organization.org/report/PCReport.html?interval=10080&group_id=0#page_3_
