Problem

When you try to import a package from CapaPacks you get an error.

Troubleshooting

Please try the following to solve the issue, before contacting customer service :

  1. Do the destination package already exist with the same name and version ?
  2. Are there sufficient free disk space on the partition containing the packages ?
  3. Are some of the package files being deleted or quarantined by your antivirus product ?
  4. Do the console log* show anything obvious ?

(lightbulb) The console log can be found in the "%AppData%\CapaInstaller\Logs\CMS" directory.

If none of the troubleshooting steps above solves your issue, please create a CapaFactory Incident using the link below.

To help you solve your issue as fast as possible, please provide us with the following information when creating the incident :

  1. The package name and version you are trying to upgrade from ?
  2. The package name and version you are trying to upgrade to ?
  3. Are CapaPacks integrated in the console or have you downloaded the package from our website ?
  4. An exact description of the issue - when and how do the issue occur ?
  5. A copy of the console log* from the unit where you are trying to import the package ?
