Importing CapaPacks
Problem
When you try to import a package from CapaPacks you get an error.
Troubleshooting
Please try the following to solve the issue, before contacting customer service :
- Does the destination package already exist with the same name and version?
- Is there sufficient free disk space on the partition containing the packages?
- Are some of the package files being deleted or quarantined by your antivirus product?
- Does the console log* show anything obvious?
The console log can be found in the "%AppData%\CapaInstaller\Logs\CMS" directory.

To help you solve your issue as fast as possible, please provide us with the following information when creating the incident :
- The package name and version you are trying to upgrade from?
- The package name and version you are trying to upgrade to?
- Are CapaPacks integrated into the console or have you downloaded the package from our website?
- An exact description of the issue - when and how does the issue occur?
- A copy of the console log* from the unit where you are trying to import the package?
