Predefined reports

Introduction

Reporting on the life cycle of configuration items (CI) is a daily operation for configuration managers. CapaInstaller Reporting Management has a default list of X reports based on the common need for reports about CI´s. These reports are available on the predefined report list, and can be deployed to Report services as well as the custom reports. Using default reports aligns and ensures transparency between presented results and data foundation improving the decision making process.
 
We have created the reports being focused on value add for the business. Some of the reports will be useful for measuring KPIs, budget figures, and performance management while others are for trend analysis and simple configuration management use.
