\uD83E\uDD14 Problem

CapaOne Agent service is not being added to the services.msc and therefore cannot be started

\uD83C\uDF31 Solution

Create a new enrollment config on CapaOne for windows

  1. Open powershell as administrator on the client

  2. Copy the powershell code from CapaOne and paste it into the powershell terminal

  3. Remove /qn from the code and run the powershell code

  4. Install the CapaOne agent from the GUI and se if the service does get started succesfully

  5. If CapaOne Agent is not getting installed, check the anti virus to see if CapaOne agent service is allowed.

Important:
Check services.msc to see if CapaOne agent service is getting installed and started
Check following log files regadring CapaOne Agent:
CapaOne logs:

C:\Program Files\CapaSystems\COA

%programdata%\CapaSystems\COA
