Importing CapaPacks

Problem

When you try to import a package from CapaPacks you get an error.

Troubleshooting

Please try the following to solve the issue, before contacting customer service :

  1. Does the destination package already exist with the same name and version?
  2. Is there sufficient free disk space on the partition containing the packages?
  3. Are some of the package files being deleted or quarantined by your antivirus product?
  4. Does the console log* show anything obvious?

(lightbulb) The console log can be found in the "%AppData%\CapaInstaller\Logs\CMS" directory.

To help you solve your issue as fast as possible, please provide us with the following information when creating the incident :

  1. The package name and version you are trying to upgrade from?
  2. The package name and version you are trying to upgrade to?
  3. Are CapaPacks integrated into the console or have you downloaded the package from our website?
  4. An exact description of the issue - when and how does the issue occur?
  5. A copy of the console log* from the unit where you are trying to import the package?
