Dashboard categories

Dashboard categories is a way to sort dashboards to only show the ones related to the selected categories. It makes it easy to narrow down the amount of dashboards to only show the specific type of dashboards that are relevant to the chosen categories.

To start with you have to manually create som dashboard categories. This is done by going to Administration → Dashboard → Categories. Here you are able to view, edit and delete your current categories as well as create new ones.

Applying a category to a dashboard is done when editing a dashboard. A dropdown menu with all your created categories is available and after selecting one all you have to do is to save the dashboard and the category will be applied.

After having applied categories to your dashboards you can now sort the dashboard list with the created categories.
