Introduction

The following is a description of the Printers folder in Asset Management.

Printer Properties

Element	Category	Description
Comments	General	Comment or description for the printer.
Location	General	Where the printer is located.
Name	General	Name of the printer.
Purchase date	General	What date was the printer purchased?
Supplier	General	From which supplier was the printer purchased.
Warranty expiration date	General	What date will the warranty expire?

Right-clicking on the printers group will bring the following possibilities:

Element	Description
Create a new unit	This will create a new printer.

Right-clicking on a printer will bring the following possibilities:

Active	This will activate the printer.
Work with links	Opens the linked units.
